This course combines discussion about Stylist functions and salon related musculoskeletal disorders with an introduction to the specific body mechanics as they pertain to the Stylist. Participants will be introduced to Pilates principles and experience static and active Pilates postures.

Stylists completing this course will better understand salon risk factors. Stylists will take away valuable exercises for building strength, flexibility and endurance.
